Your Key wristband

Please proceed to the information/reception desk with all key wristbands included in your booking. Our crew can then find out which wristband has been lost and deactivate it.

After that you will receive a new key wristband.

You can top up the credit on your key wristband at the information/reception desk or at the ****Strandhotel reception.

You can check your credit balance at all cash desks of the Holiday and Resort Park Weissenhäuser Strand.

In addition, you will find your current credit amount on your purchase receipts if you paid with your key wristband.

You can use the credit on your key wristband to pay in all Weissenhäuser Strand shops, attractions and catering facilities.

The topped-up credit remains valid after your stay provided that the last payment was made no more than three years ago. You can use your credit during your next stay.

However, please note that your early booking discount automatically expires after your stay.

Yes. Please wear your key wristband at all times during your stay. This way our crew can always see whether you are entitled to make use of services.

You still have the option to pay by card or cash everywhere.

Yes. You can pay cash or by card.

The key wristbands are made from recycled materials and are shock and water resistant.

If you make your booking with the user account you used for your last stay the credit will be transferred automatically.

If you book via another user account please tell our crew at the information/reception desk the reservation number of your last stay. This way the remaining credit can be calculated and transferred to your new reservation.

Your key will be deposited in the four-star Strandhotel.

Yes, breakfast or half board can be booked by our vacation and cottage guests. Current information and prices can be found here.

Breakfast is served from 07:00 - 11:00.
Dinner is served from 18:00 - 21:00.

The first set of bed linens and towels is included. We recommend you to bring bathing towels with you.

A baby package is available free of charge upon request.

A baby cot costs €5 per night.

Yes, many of our holiday homes have an oven, stove and dishwasher, so you can cook for yourself as you please.

We accept cash (euro currency), EC (debit) card and/or credit card (MasterCard and Visa) and smartphone.

At the Holiday and Resort Park Weissenhäuser Strand, you can pay using your smartphone.

  • In order to make payments using your smartphone, you will either need a credit card or a mobile contract as well as the corresponding app on your smartphone.
  • To make payment, swipe the smartphone containing a near-field communication (NFC) function a few inches above the reader located at the till and the payment is processed.
  • Other providers require you to scan the displayed QR code at the card reader located at the till. In some other cases, a code is displayed. This code must subsequently be scanned by the cashier.

Parking is available to our hotel and resort park guests at no charge. 

Day guests receive an admission ticket for €3.00 at the attractions/restaurants.

The transfer costs about €10.00 per person(ages 4 and over). Booking until 12:00 p.m. of the previous day at the reception/information desk. There is of course no extra charge for baggage handling.

No, smoking is not allowed in the apartments and cottages and on the balconies.

If you smoke in any accommodation, we reserve the right to charge you for additional cleaning.

No, this is not possible. 

For the letters B and H, the guest pays the regular admission price for the Subtropical Bathing Paradise and the Adventure Jungle Land. The accompanying person has free admission.

Wheelchair users pay € 5.00 admission to the Adventure Jungle Land.

The holiday park grounds include an EDEKA supermarket that is open daily. You can find opening times and directions here.

Every guest who wants to take a spa treatment in ****Strandhotel must make appointments for themselves in advance.

Our Lost & Found at the Service Point is the place to drop off lost items or pick up missing items. 

To turn in lost and found items, please visit our Service Point. Our staff will receive the item. 

If you would like to pick up a missing item, please also come to the Service Point. Please bring a valid ID or document confirming your identity. This will ensure that the lost property is returned to the correct person.
