at Weissenhäuser Strand
In the holiday and recreational park Weissenhäuser Strand you can – surrounded by dunes and natural landscapes – stay in an holiday apartment, a flat, a holiday home, a penthouse or in the 4-star beachfront hotel.
Check-in: There are 3 options
Standard check-in:
- Holiday park: 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. or 4-star-Strandhotel: Check-in is possible around the clock.
- Check-in individually or as a group.
- Check-in is handled by the staff at the information desk/reception.
- The guest receives a location plan, service card and invoice on arrival.
- No further requirements are necessary.
Quick Check-in:
- Holiday park: 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- Guests must register on the booking site ("pre check-in") before arrival. The link is automatically sent to the guest in advance by email.
- All payments must be made in full in advance.
- The registration form (sent automatically 1 day before arrival) must be filled in. Check-in with the staff at the quick check-in desk (information desk/reception).
- The guest receives a location plan, service card and invoice on arrival.
Self Check-in:
- Holiday park: Check-in is possible around the clock.
- Guests must register on the booking site ("pre check-in") before arrival. The link is automatically sent to the guest in advance by email.
- All payments must be made in full in advance.
- The registration form (sent automatically 1 day before arrival) must be completed.
- Check-in can be carried out at the self check-in terminal on site using the reservation data or QR code you received.
- Programming your wristband directly at the terminal. Please follow the instructions on the screen.
- Our guests receive a service card, location plan and invoice by email. These documents are accepted as digital proof on site throughout the holiday park.
Your key wristband
Welcome to your holiday! Look forward to a relaxed and easy stay thanks to your new key wristband. From now on, all room cards will be replaced by our wristbands with integrated chips so that you can enjoy even more benefits.
We recommend that you wear your key wristband on your left wrist. This allows you to pass through our barriers quickly and easily by car.

(Please note: At the cash desk you will receive a second wristband for using the lockers.) - Admission to football golf, adventure golf and waterpark (when booking the ULTRA-Tropenticket or ULTRA-Tropenticket Plus)
- Your early booking discount as credit on your key wristband
- Admission to the Dünenbad in the 4-star-Strandhotel
(when booking the “Time for well-being” offer)
Topping up credit. This is how it works:
- You can top up your credit at the information/reception desk each day from
8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. or around the clock at the 4-star-Strandhotel reception - Minimum amount: €10.00. Maximum amount: €500.00
- The credit can be used by all persons included in your booking as it is linked to your reservation profile
- The remaining credit cannot be paid out
- Validity: 3 years from the last top up
Please note:
- The Holiday and Leisure Park Weissenhäuser Strand assumes no liability for loss or theft.
- In case you lose your key wristband please proceed to the information/reception desk with the key wristbands of all people travelling with you. Our crew can then find out which wristband has been lost and deactivate it. After that you will receive a new key wristband.
- You do not need to return the wristband when checking out.
- The credit you deposit on your key wristband is always valid for 3 years from the last top up. If your credit was last topped up more than 3 years ago it expires automatically.
- Your unused early booking discount on your key wristband expires automatically after your stay.
- Please wear your key wristband at all times during your stay in order to use the services you booked.
