- You can easily book beach chairs online using the contact form
- If you book your accommodation online, you can add a beach chair to your booking
Rental period (beach chair with room reservation)
- The rental period starts on the day of arrival and ends the evening before departure.
- The beach chair may be used daily from 09:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- The key will be ready for you from 09:00 a.m. on the day of arrival at our beach chair rental at the pier (if you book online in advance).
Cancellations and refunds
- Refund of the beach chair hire is not possible.
- Refunds in case of force majeure (e.g. salvage or preventive measures in the event of storm surge risk) if the use of the beach chair is temporarily not possible or only possible to a limited extent are also excluded.
Checks
- The use of a beach chair without a valid beach chair voucher is not permitted. The beach chair attendants and employees of the Holiday and Resort Park Weissenhäuser Strand are authorised to carry out checks at any time and to ask to see the booking vouchers and your key wristband.
Use, provision and subletting of beach chairs
- The beach chairs must be treated with due care and consideration.
- Dogs are not permitted in this section of the beach.
- We will of course try to take your wishes into account but we ask for your understanding that it may not be possible to fulfil all placement requests due to the large number of guests, especially during the busy seasonal periods.
- Renting a beach chair does not entitle you to a specific space.
- Moving the beach chairs to a different place is not permitted.
- Any partying or sleeping in the beach chairs as well as lighting fires on the beach is against the Beach and Bathing Regulations and is strictly prohibited.
- For reasons of coastal protection, the construction of sand castles/hollows is not permitted in the entire beach area. The beach chairs must not be placed in sand castles/hollows.
- The erection of wind and sun protection and beach shelters in the area between and around the beach chairs is prohibited.
- Subletting or re-letting our beach chairs for a fee is not permitted.
- In the event of violations of Paragraphs 1 to 10, the Holiday and Resort Park Weissenhäuser Strand is entitled to cancel the booking of the beach chair without compensation and to prohibit further use. The person who rented the beach chair is liable for any damage.

1. The Holiday and Resort Park Weissenhäuser Strand is not liable for accidents arising from the rental of beach chairs.
2. The Holiday and Resort Park Weissenhäuser Strand accepts no liability for any valuables left behind, e.g. lost in a beach chair during rescue operations.
