Your events held in perfect surroundings

Wood, plaid table cloths, antlers and trophies. The 260 m² room offers traditional décor as well as room for exceptional arrangements. The seating is in "beer hall" format, with tables seating 8 persons. The "Alm" offers room for 150 persons or 100 persons and a dance floor, if the party calls for a more raucous celebration. A stereo/sound system as well as screen for showing personal presentations is available. The room rent is €520 for one day or €260 for a half-day. The kitchen crew serves everything the heart desires: from Bavaria-style delicacies to local Holstein cuisine.

Additionally bookable for Buffet II and III: 30-liter keg of Benediktiner wheat beer for € 199.00.

For 50 participants or more, we will give you another 30-liter keg of Bitburger Pilsener.

  • Beer check: The small beer sample to warm up
  • Bavarian speciality snacks such as Obadzda (cheese delicacy), Bierbeißer (sausage), Landjäger (semi-dried sausage) and Bierkugel (bell-shaped sausage) with fresh radishes and pickled vegetables arranged on a wooden bread plate; served with a brick-oven baked bread
  • Weißwürste (traditional Bavarian white sausages) in the lion's head soup tureen with sweet Händlmaier mustard and oven-fresh pretzels
  • Oven-baked Bavarian Bologna sausage carved at the guest's table and served with brown-beer sauce and potato salad
  • For a late-night snack: diced Bavarian mountain cheese served with crackers at your table

  • Fresh salads and raw vegetable salads such as oak leaf, endive and Radicchio salad with yoghurt dressing and onion vinaigrette, smoked ham with pickled vegetables, ground pork with fresh onions, Kiel sprats ("Sprotten", similar to herring), pepper and onion mackerel
  • Rustic breads served in a wicker basket with fresh butter
  • Northern German potato soup with sausage
  • Cream pork roast served with parsley potatoes and red apple cabbage
  • Grilled plaice fillets with roasted bacon and onions; served with pickled vegetables
  • Red fruit jelly with whipped cream and Holstein cheese specialities

  • Welcome cocktail "Küstennebel" (foggy coast; contains star anise-flavoured liqueur) (Kids will receive a non-alcoholic alternative) served with Holstein "Küstenknacker" sausages and pretzel products

  • Regional bread types served with iced butter
  • Hearty Goulash house-style soup (dike cattle served with paprika and Tabasco)
