Standard check-in:
- Holiday park: 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. or 4-star-Strandhotel: 24/7
- Check-in individually or as a group
- Check-in is handled by the staff at the information desk/reception.
- The guest receives a location plan, service card and invoice on arrival.
- No further requirements are necessary.
Quick Check-in:
- Holiday park: 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- Guests must register on the booking site ("pre check-in") before arrival. The link is automatically sent to the guest in advance by email.
- All payments must be made in full in advance.
- The registration form (sent automatically 1 day before arrival) must be filled in. Check-in with the staff at the quick check-in desk (information desk/reception)
- The guest receives a location plan, service card and invoice on arrival.
Self Check-in:
- Holiday park: 24/7
- Guests must register on the booking site ("pre check-in") before arrival. The link is automatically sent to the guest in advance by email.
- All payments must be made in full in advance.
- The registration form (sent automatically 1 day before arrival) must be completed.
- Check-in can be carried out at the self check-in terminal on site using the reservation data or QR code you received.
- Our guests receive a service card, location plan and invoice by email. These documents are accepted as digital proof on site throughout the holiday park.
