Conference package "Basic"
The "Basic" package includes a suitable conference room with a flip chart for presentations, two pin boards for visual support, a projector with HDMI connection for multimedia presentations as well as writing materials (writing pad and ball pens). Additional equipment such as a presenter's case, a cannyboard or a digital flip chart is available on request.
Catering:
- Drinks during the conference: coffee and tea specialities, soft drinks and water
- Lunch buffet or 3-course menu of your choice (chef's recommendation) included, plus 1 drink from the non-alcoholic menu
- Afternoon coffee break: coffee and tea specialities and a sweet snack

Conference package "Komfort"
