Additional Information:

  • Due to high demand, entry may be temporarily restricted, particularly during weeks 7 and 8 due to school holidays in Scandinavia
  • A personal photo will be taken on-site for the MEGA Winter Ticket; a photo from a mobile phone is not sufficient
  • With the order form, you can easily and conveniently pre-order your tickets from home, with pick-up available the following day
  • During the park's closure periods, attractions may have shortened opening hours
  • Tickets are available daily at the information/reception desk from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, or can be pre-ordered online
  • Parking is included for purchases made between September 1 and September 30, 2025.

MEGA-Winterticket
The following terms are accepted with the signature:
  1. By purchasing and/or using the MEGA Winter Ticket, the house rules and the implemented Corona protection measures – as displayed – are acknowledged.
  2. The MEGA Winter Ticket is personal and non-transferable.
  3. Refunds of the purchase price, either in full or in part, are not possible.
  4. The MEGA Winter Ticket entitles me personally to enter the booked attraction(s) and can be used as often as desired within the specified period.
  5. The MEGA Winter Ticket must be presented to a cashier's staff member at each use.
  6. Loss of the ticket must be reported immediately.
  7. In case of loss and/or willful damage of the MEGA Winter Ticket, a processing fee of 10.00 EUR will be charged for reissuance.
  8. In case of misuse of the MEGA Winter Ticket or violation of the house rules or the implemented and mandated Corona protection measures, the MEGA Winter Ticket can be confiscated by Weissenhäuser Strand GmbH & Co. KG without any claim for a refund.
  9. Address changes must be communicated to Weissenhäuser Strand GmbH & Co. KG.
  10. Please use parking lot P1 at Adventure Jungle Land and P2 at the Waterpark. The parking lot at the Information Building is designated for our arriving and departing guests and is subject to a daily fee of 50.00 EUR.
