Information regarding your arrival

Valid from Monday, 18 October 2021 through Sunday, 14 November 2021.

The current state ordinance of Schleswig-Holstein allows us to continue to open our Holiday and Resort Park Weissenhäuser Strand and ***Strandhotel in compliance with the 3G-provision (3G = vaccinated, recovered, tested).

A prerequisite is the compliance with – and the enforcement of – certain rules and requirements.

We take HYGIENE STANDARDS VERY seriously. Therefore, due to the current hygiene requirements, at the Holiday and Resort Park Weissenhäuser Strand we have taken the necessary measures to conform to this new situation so that we can ensure that you have a relaxing and safe holiday while providing the highest level of safety.

In order to ensure that your stay with us is as pleasant as possible, we kindly ask you to take note of the following information and to strictly adhere to it during these uncommon times.

Data privacy and contact tracing

  • We are obligated to request your personal data upon arrival. In addition, we must document this data in writing and store it.
  • In accordance with the applicable data privacy laws, your data is handled confidentially.

Arrival

Upon arrival you must present a negative test result. This test must have been taken prior to the onset of your journey.

  • Moreover, tests taken prior to arrival must be conducted by an official testing station at your current place of residence.
  • Self-tests are not permitted.
  • Only Antigen rapid tests (not older than 48 hours) or PCR tests (not older than 72 hours) are valid.
  • Fully vaccinated persons (beginning on the 15th day after the second shot) must present their  digital vaccination card/certificate upon arrival.
  • Recovered persons are exempt from the testing obligation. Please furnish a certificate of recovery (either in digital form or as a hard copy). The certificate must be at least 28 days old, but not older than 6 months.
  • Children under the age of seven are also exempt from the testing obligation.
  • Check-in: All guests and all members of each booking party must come to the entrance in front of the information building for a 3G control check. Afterwards, only one member of each booking party may come to the reception area to pick up the room keys / key cards. All other members of the booking party must please wait outside.
  • Only guests in compliance with the 3G provision may use the accommodations. From Monday, October 11, 2021, the test will cost € 15.00. If a guest cannot be tested – or refuses to be tested – then we are not permitted to accommodate this guest. Travel expenses will not be reimbursed.

Exemption valid during school holidays:

  • Presentation of the school certificate together with:
  • Proof of test performed at an official test centre (not older than 72 hours) or
  • Self-disclosure provided by a parent or guardian of having taken an approved rapid test that is no more than 72 hours old. The rapid test must be administered at home and the date the test was performed must be included.

General hygiene measures and information

  • Prior to your arrival, all frequently used surfaces in your booked accommodation will have been disinfected and the room(s) well-ventilated.
  • Our indoor attractions can once again be fully utilised. This includes the Subtropical Aqua Park, Adventure Jungle Land, “Heimspiel” arcade and game room, as well as the Dünenbad in the ****Strandhotel. Please check online in advance or on-site about the applicable hygiene measures and possible restrictions.
  • You will be responsible for adhering to all other hygiene and social-distancing measures during the duration of your stay.
  • Our guest services are well-equipped for thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting all areas accessible to the public. All types of surfaces, including touch screens, tables, chairs, and door handles, are regularly disinfected.
  • A guest infected with the corona virus (COVID-19) will be asked to leave the premises immediately. Their departure from the hotel must be coordinated with the competent public health department. Travel expenses will not be reimbursed.

Test requirement (for adults and children ages 7 and over)

  • During your stay, you may use our test centre located at Weissenhäuser Strand parking area P2.
  • From Monday, October 11, 2021, the test will cost € 15.00.
  • When visiting any of our indoor attractions, a negative test must be presented (not older than 24 hours). Fully vaccinated or recovered persons (presentation of a vaccination card or certificate of recovery is required) as well as children under the age of 7 do not need a negative test.
  • Fully vaccinated guests (beginning from the 15th day after the second shot) do not need a negative test upon arrival (presentation of a vaccination card or a digital proof of vaccination).
  • Recovered persons are also exempt from the testing obligation. They must furnish a certificate of recovery (either in digital form or as a hard copy). The certificate must be at least 28 days old, but not older than 6 months.
  • Self-tests are not sufficient. Tests must be conducted at an official test centre. If you feel sick, or if you have had contact to an infected person during the last 14 days, please stay at home for your own protection as well as the protection of others. Moreover, please consult a doctor.

Restaurants and catering services

  • Indoor dining is only available to overnight guests of the Holiday and Resort Park Weissenhäuser Strand. For identification, please present your services ID card or your key / key card.
  • Outdoor dining is available to our overnight guests as well as guests visiting for the day.
  • A negative test result is not required for outdoor dining.
  • Table reservations must be made online or by phone in advance. Making a reservation at the restaurant is not possible.
  • Please consult the information posted at the restaurant as well as on our website regarding the specified time slots.
  • Feel free to use our take-away service and pick-up your pre-ordered food and beverages from the respective restaurant.

Mandatory use of masks

  • There is no longer a mask requirement.
  • You are responsible for all other measures related to hygiene or social-distancing guidelines during your stay. You are, of course, more than welcome to continue wearing a mask/face covering.

Social-distancing guidelines

  • The social-distancing guideline of 1.5 metres (approx. 6 ft.) no longer applies.
  • You are responsible for all other measures related to hygiene or social-distancing guidelines during your stay. You may, of course, continue to practice social distancing.

Payment

  • If possible, please use contactless forms of payment.
  • You can still pay cash if required.
  • Payment at the on-site test centre is only possible using an EC (debit) or credit card. When booking your test appointment online, payment may only be made using PayPal.

Information

An essential part of your booking is the agreement to adhere to all prescribed and designated hygiene guidelines. Once you have entered the premises of the Holiday and Resort Park Weissenhäuser Strand, you agree to the regulations listed above. Our employees are authorised to remind you to comply with the measures. In the event of non-compliance with these measures, we are obliged to ask you to return immediately to your place of residence in accordance with the competent public health department. In such a case, you will be responsible for the organisation of your return trip and will be responsible for all related costs incurred.

Er sengetøy og håndklær inkludert i oppholdet?

Ja, prisen inkluderer alltid sengetøy, håndklær og kjøkkenhåndklær. Det bør medbringes håndklær både for bruk i det Subtropiske badeland og på stranden. 

Barnesenger, barnestoler og utstyr for babyer.

Du kan bestille barneseng i forbindelse med din reservasjon. En barneseng koster € 4,00 per. natt. Du kan også bestille barnestoler. De er gratis. For gjester med små barn kan vi tilby diverse utstyr til rådighet. For eksempel kan du bestille et babybadekar som leveres til ferieboligen før ankomst. Du kan også bestille flaskevarmer (€ 20 depositum) og babypotte (€ 5 depositum). Disse hentes på gjestservicen på Dorftplatz etter ankomst mot betaling av depositum. Beløpet returneres når uskadd utstyr returneres. Utstyr kan bestilles sammen med din ferieboligen ved å angi bestillingen under "melding" eller på annen måte informere om dette når du bestiller.

Er det en ovn eller oppvaskmaskin i feriehuset kjøkkenet?

Det er kun stekeovn og oppvaskmaskin i våre nyeste leiligheter, de to roms "Am Wald" og 3 roms "An der Düne". I alle øvrige ferieboliger er det mikrobølgeovn.

Inkludert strøm, varme, vann og rengjøring i prisen?

Ja, alltid.

Når kan vi ankomme og når må vi reise hjem?

Leiligheter: Klar for innflytting fra kl. 17.00, utflytting senest kl. 10.00.

****Strandhotell: Ankomst fra 15.00, avreise senest kl. 11.00.

Du kan bruke alle fritidsaktiviteter på ankomstdagen før innflytting, og på avreise dagen etter utflytting av bungalower, leiligheter og værelser.

Når har resepsjonene åpne?

Ferieparken: alle dager kl. 08.00 - 19.00

****Strandhotell: Døgnet rundt, alle dager

Hvordan kan vi kontakte oss hvis ferieparkens resepsjon er stengt når vi ankommer?

I så fall kan du hente nøkkelen i resepsjonen på Strandhotellet. Det er innkjørsel til Strandhotellet i ferienparkens vestre ende.

Ja, unsere Gäste können auch einen Hotelservice aufbuchen. Bitte wenden Sie sich hierzu direkt vor Ort an unsere Kollegen am Service Point.

Enthalten ist eine Sichtreinigung der Ferienwohnung / des Ferienhauses (Sanitärreinigung, Leeren der Mülleimer, Staubwischen auf leeren Flächen, Betten richten, bei Bedarf Bettwäschewechsel, Reinigung des Fußboden) und der Handtuchwechsel.

Det skiftes om nødvendig håndklær hver dag ved rengjøring, og sengetøy hver 4. dag.

Hvor mye er opptak til Subtropisches Badeparadies eller Abenteuer Dschungelland for reisende?

Ferieperiode A: Fra 10,00 €. (pr. opphold pr. person)

Ferieperiode B: Fra 15,00 €. (pr. opphold pr. person)

Ferieperiode C: Med Mega-Tropenbillett koster det fra 34,00 €. pr. person for hele oppholdet. Mega-Tropenbillett gir fri adgang til Jungelland og 3 timer gratis adgang til det Subtropiske Badeland hver dag (prisen gjelder for alle over 3 år). Tilgang til saunalandskapet betales separat.

Når har det Subtropiske Badeland og Jungelland åpent?

Subtropiske Badeland: Hver dag kl. 09.30 - kl. 20:30 (inngang stenger kl. 19.00)

Jungelland: Hver dag kl. 10.00 - kl. 21:00, fredag og lørdag til kl. 22:00

Hva koster barneaktivitetene i Kidz Club, og hvilken aldersgruppe er de egnet for?

De ulike barneaktivitetene er rettet mot barn over 4 år. Kidz Club er gratis for alle barn som er ifølge med voksne. For ikke ledsaget barn som er under tilsyn av ansatte i Kidz Club, så betales 2,00 euro pr. barn for 1 time med deltakelse.

Hvor mye koster inngang til Dünenbad, og det er gratis for noen gjester?

For gjestene på Strandhotellet er bruk av Dünenbad gratis. For gjester i leiligheter eller bungalower koster tilgang til Dünenbad € 9,00 for 2 timer og € 12,00 for en hel dag.

Våre feriegjester kan fritt parkere på anviste parkeringsplasser under hele oppholdet. Du trenger ikke bilen til å transportere deg rundt i ferieparken under oppholdet.

Mobile payment using your smartphone

At the Holiday and Resort Park Weissenhäuser Strand, you can pay using your smartphone.

  • In order to make payments using your smartphone, you will either need a credit card or a mobile contract as well as the corresponding app on your smartphone.
  • To make payment, swipe the smartphone containing a near-field communication (NFC) function a few inches above the reader located at the till and the payment is processed.
  • Other providers require you to scan the displayed QR code at the card reader located at the till. In some other cases, a code is displayed. This code must subsequently be scanned by the cashier.

Transport koster ca. 5, - € pr. person (over 4 år). Bagasje inkludert. Transporten bør bestilles i forbindelse med selve bestilling av oppholdet.

Kan vi leie sykler, barnesykler og sykkelhjelmer, og hva koster det?

Ja, i "Blockhaus" mellom Jungelland og Galaria kan du leie sykler og barnesykler for 4 timer, 1 hel dag eller 1 uke. Sykkelhjelmer leies kun ut til barn; men er til gjengjeld gratis.

Du kan betale med Euro i kontanter, med Euro- eller Visakort, eller med kredittkort. Det er også en minibank til tyske og internasjonale kredittkort på feriesenteret. Du får ikke betalt med norske kroner ved Weissenhäuser Strand.

Er det trådløst internett?

Ja, i lobbyen og på alle rommene på Strandhotellet, i Jungelland, WaWaCo, Dünengaleriet, restauranter og i leilighetene og bungalower kan du benytte deg av trådløst internett. Tilgang til nettverket er tilgjengelig ved å skrive inn navn på gjest (oppført i booking bekreftelsen) og bolignummer.

Er det lov å grille utenfor ferieboligene?

Nei, av sikkerhetsgrunner er det ikke lov å grille, verken inne i bungalower, leiligheter eller penthouse, utenfor på balkonger, terrasser eller i andre åpne områder.

Er det mulig å koble Playstation eller andre spillkonsoller til TV?

Nei, er dette ikke mulig.

Ja, på "Dorf Platz" (Landsbytorvet) er det et supermarked Edeka med blant annet eget bakeri og slakter.

Nein, das Rauchen ist in den Ferienwohnungen und Ferienhäusern sowie auf den Balkonen nicht gestattet.
