1. Promoter, scope of application and acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Participation
1.1. These General Terms and Conditions apply to participation in the prize draws, competitions, lotteries and raffles organised by Holiday and Resort Park Weissenhäuser Strand GmbH & Co. KG.
1.2. Holiday and Resort Park Weissenhäuser Strand GmbH & Co. KG reserves the right to set up special conditions of participation for individual prize draws. These can be viewed on the respective prize-draw promotion page on our website.
1.3. Prize draws are organised by Holiday and Resort Park Weissenhäuser Strand GmbH & Co. KG, Seestraße 1, 23758 Weissenhäuser Strand.
1.4. By participating in a prize draw organised by Holiday and Resort Park Weissenhäuser Strand GmbH & Co. KG, participants expressly and bindingly accept these General Terms and Conditions of Participation.
1.5. In the following, the term “prize draw” includes competitions as well as raffles, games of chance, lotteries and promotional contests.
2. Right to participate
2.1. All natural persons who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate.
2.2. Employees of Holiday and Resort Park Weissenhäuser Strand GmbH & Co. KG and all persons who are or were involved in organising the prize draw are excluded from participation. The same applies to their first- and second-degree relatives (Section 15 German Fiscal Code) and their partners.
2.3. One prize-draw ticket will be issued per overnight stay and accommodation.
2.4. Participation is linked to an overnight stay in february 2026 at Holiday and Resort Park Weissenhäuser Strand or at the 4-star Strandhotel Weissenhäuser Strand. Excluded are overnight stays booked as part of conferences, group or school trips or commercial bookings.
2.5. Participants are responsible for the accuracy of the data provided (in particular telephone number and postal/email address).
2.6. All personal data must be truthful. Otherwise, participants will be excluded from the prize draw in accordance with Clause 7.
3. Procedure of the prize draw
Details on start and end dates, participation and selection procedures, and any prize-draw tasks or questions are provided on the respective prize-draw page. The draw for february 2026 will take place in march 2026.
4. Participation via phone / costs
Participation requires actual arrival and overnight stay at Holiday and Resort Park Weissenhäuser Strand or the 4-star Strandhotel Weissenhäuser Strand. Bookings without arrival do not qualify.
5. Prize
5.1. Three cash prizes will be awarded:
- 1st prize: € 4,000
- 2nd prize: € 3,500
- 3rd prize: € 2,500
- As well as 50 vouchers worth € 20 each
5.2. Cash payment of the prize value is possible; the entitlement is non-transferable.
5.3. On request, payment will be made by bank transfer to the account provided by the winner; bank fees are borne by the promoter.
5.4. If the winner agrees to a bank transfer, personal collection on-site is not required. Payment will be made within 30 days of winner notification.
6. Exclusion of participants
6.1. The promoter reserves the right to exclude participants for culpable breaches of these conditions, manipulation of the draw or use of dishonest methods.
6.2. Participants suspected of making defamatory or inciting statements about Holiday and Resort Park Weissenhäuser Strand GmbH & Co. KG may also be excluded.
7. Exclusion from prize distribution
If after the draw it is determined that a participant met an exclusion criterion under Clause 6 or provided untruthful data under Clause 2.6, the promoter may deny the prize.
8. Publication of names; promotion
8.1. The promoter may publish the winner’s name on its website and social-media channels unless the winner objects in writing.
8.2. Winners agree to reasonable, free participation in audio, photo, video and text promotions in connection with the prize draw.
9. Cancellation of the prize draw
The promoter may cancel or terminate the prize draw at any time, particularly in cases of force majeure or other organisational, technical or legal reasons. Participants have no claims in such cases.
10. Liability
10.1. The promoter is not liable for false information provided by participants or third parties relating to the prize draw.
10.2. The promoter assumes no liability for the completeness or accuracy of links or references in connection with the prize draw.
10.3. The promoter is not liable for equipment malfunctions, transmission delays or interruptions, or damages related to participation or prize acceptance, except for claims arising from injury to life, body or health or essential contractual obligations.
11. Relationship between oral information and written conditions
Oral statements that deviate from these written Terms and Conditions or from specific prize-draw conditions are not binding.
12. Amendments to these conditions
The promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
13. Data privacy
13.1. Personal data will be stored and used exclusively for the conduct and processing of the prize draw and will not be passed on to third parties or used for advertising.
13.2. After conclusion of the prize draw, data will be blocked immediately and deleted in accordance with technical routines. Participants may revoke their consent at any time by emailing marketing@weissenhaeuserstrand.de; revocation excludes further participation.
13.3. Once data are deleted, participation in the draw and any subsequent draws is void.
14. Final provisions
14.1. German law applies.
14.2. Deviations from these conditions must be in writing.
14.3. Should any provision be wholly or partly invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective. The invalid provision will be replaced by one that best fulfils the original intention.
14.4. Place of performance and jurisdiction is Weissenhäuser Strand, unless mandatory statutory provisions dictate otherwise.
14.5. Legal recourse is excluded.
