Cancellation Policy for Vouchers
You have the right to cancel your purchase within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached cancellation form, but it is not mandatory.
You may also fill in and submit the cancellation form or another clear statement electronically via our online cancellation form. If you use this option, we will promptly (e.g. by email) confirm receipt of your cancellation. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification before the period has expired.

Effects of Cancellation:
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising if you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your cancellation. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of your cancellation. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
If you requested that the services commence during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you notify us of your exercise of the right of withdrawal with regard to this contract, compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
