As a preventive measure against the further spread of the Covid-19 virus – a legally binding decision was made by the German government requiring the closure of all holiday and recreation parks throughout Germany til Sunday, 07 March 2021. All details can be found here. This is again a purely preventive measure to avoid an acute national health emergency.

Please pay prior to your treatment at the Dünenbad’s till in cash or by using either your debit or credit card. Please let us know if we can charge the spa treatment to your room.
Please arrive in our wellness waiting room about 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Please wear casual attire or a bathrobe.
If you are pregnant, have allergies or are suffering from other health-related impairments, please let us know before we begin the treatment.
Our spa treatments are for anyone 16 years of age or older.
You may cancel your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Any cancellations made after this time will be subject to the full charge. Customers and guests do not have a right to receive reimbursement for spa treatments, gift vouchers or season tickets.
